Most of the Programmer in this world face common problems like wrist and back pain, migraines, eye strain, loss of motivation, or trouble focusing. if you have encountered any of this here are some hacks to add to your routine and get rid of this problems.
1. Go for walks 🚶♂️
If working out seems to be time consuming according to your schedule, try going for small walks. a 10 min walk along with your favorite music playing can help a lot to clear and calm your mind. which indirectly helps you to solve that bug you where stuck on.
2. Protect your eyes with 20/20/20 rule 👀
Just like taking short walks, exercising your eyes is essential! You can use what eye doctors call the “20/20/20 rule” to prevent focus fatigue and eye lockup. The rule is: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away, for 20 secs.
3. Taking Breaks 😴
Breaks are important because sitting at one place for a long time is painful for your back. You can avoid the consequences of sitting by adding a five minutes activity every hour or every 25 min as a break. Get up and do some stretching!
4. Drink More Water 🥤
You need to stay hydrated in order to stay healthy; and staying healthy is key to keeping your energy levels up, maintaining a good mood, and accomplishing your best work! So next time you are in front of your setup don't forget to keep a bottle nearby.
